What Information We Collect
We collect your name, email address, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth when you book a session or complete our intake questionnaire. We may also retain brief notes from our session for the purposes of providing and improving the service.
How We Use Your Information
Your personal information is used solely to provide your Vedic Astrology reading. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party.
Data Retention
We retain client records for a period of 3 years from the date of your last session. After this period, your data is securely deleted.
Your Rights
South African clients have rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). European and UK clients have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
